# Referral Policy

To increase benefits and spread the product to a wider community of users, Nami Insurance applies a referral policy with a commission rate.

#### Referral Mechanism

For each new user successfully introduced and uses the Nami Insurance product, the referrer will receive a percentage of the commission from the collateral amount in the insurance contract of the referred user.

#### Commission Rate

All Nami Exchange users after successful KYC are eligible to participate in the program with an attractive commission rate, specifically as follows:

Regular users (not registered as Nami community development partners)

* All regular users will receive up to 1% commission from the Q-Claim of the referred users' insurance contracts.

Nami community development partners:

* The community development partner system has the opportunity to receive up to 3.5% of the total Q-Claim from all insurance contracts of the referred users.

| --------------- | -------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
| Claimed | Direct Commission rate x Q-Claim |
Indirect Commission

Rate x Q-claim

|
| Refunded | Direct Commission rate x Margin |
Indirect Commission

Rate x Margin
             |
| Canceled | Direct Commission rate x Margin |
Indirect Commission

Rate x Margin
             |
| Liquidated | 1% x Margin | 0.3% x Margin |

Example:

If User A is successfully referred by Official Partner B and has insurance contracts with a total Q-Claim of 1,000 USDT, partners within the same system will receive corresponding commission values as follows: Official Partner B: 20 USDT, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond partners within the same system: 5 USDT.

Important note:

* Each user has a separate Commission Wallet. The system will credit all commissions into this wallet. Partners can withdraw commissions to their main wallet when the commission amount for each asset reaches a value equivalent to 0.5 USDT.
* The system will update data and automatically rank partners at 17:00 on the last day of each month (UTC).
